BRIEF

We've had the privilege of contributing to three Olympic projects globally, infusing our animation expertise into installations and museum exhibits that will endure for over a decade. On each occasion, our task was to encapsulate the essence of the Olympic and Paralympic spirit—capturing the energy, emotion, and unwavering determination emblematic of champions.

PROCESS

For each of these projects, we utilised a combination of techniques, working with footage and employing various methods such as painting directly onto acetate with acrylics, digital painting, or a blend of both. We then composited the individual frames into layers to craft the final animation. Although time-consuming, this process imbues the animation with a raw energy that resonates with the spirit of the athletes.
